Terms & Conditions
This proposal is subject to the terms and conditions of the General Engagement Agreement.
Payment Schedule
50% of the development fee is due upon agreement and 50% is due prior to launch of review site unless another payment plan is circled and initialed (above). Monthly fees commence upon project completion and prior to launch. All invoices are due upon receipt. This estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date this estimate was written.
Term & Termination
The term for monthly services commences upon project launch and is for twelve (12) months. At the conclusion of the initial term, the Agreement automatically renews for a consecutive term unless either party notifies the other of their intent to cancel this Agreement with a 30 day advance written notice to the other. AVM Internet Solutions, Inc may cancel this Agreement at any time due to non-payment.
Production Schedule
A mutually agreed-upon Production Schedule shall be determined upon Agreement. Client must submit all required project materials in a timely manner and be readily available by telephone or email to provide feedback and promptly submit written revision requests in order to avoid delays in project launch and/or additional fees. Should AVM Internet Solutions, Inc. encounter such delays, AVM Internet Solutions, Inc. may submit a revised production schedule, at which time client may incur additional fees.
Standard Media Delivery
Unless otherwise specified in the attached project proposal, client must submit all text content to AVM Internet Solutions, Inc. in electronic format (CD, Zip Disk, via e-mail ) and all photographs and other graphics must be provided in a high quality print suitable for scanning or electronically in high-resolution .gif, .jpeg or .tiff format. Additional expenses may be incurred and will be invoiced accordingly for corrective work, conversion of media, data entry or outside facility charges.
Warranty & Support
Client shall have a full 30 days after the launch date to test the functionality of the web site and report any errors or bugs. All errors or bugs must be submitted to AVM Internet Solutions, Inc. in writing via fax, email or postal mail. AVM Internet Solutions, Inc will make all commercially reasonable efforts to correct those errors or bugs at no additional cost to client in a timely manner. Any errors, bugs or change requests received after thirty days of the launch date are subject to standard rates which are billed in minimum 15-minute increments.
Email
If AVM is hosting the client’s website, AVM will create/re-create client emails but does not support email functionality on client’s in-house computers or network. AVM generally works in conjunction with the firm’s IT person/firm for this transition.
Your provides authorization for the services and rates detailed in this form. All activities for this project will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this proposal. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey.
